In the past few weeks I traveled back and forth from NY to CA leading to @Muse release today. I ordered a package from amazon to the hotel and it didn't arrive on time. I tried to reach out to amazon for a refund but they made it so hard so I gave up. I mentioned it to Milo this morning on my way to the office.
